RODRIGO CASTANEDA All I’m going to say is, at the beginning of the year Rodrigo and his brother came on board and the two of them were as soft as a pat of butter on a corn cob. But holy cow what a transformation. I was watching them the other day and they really got it, they understand. The whole practice they ran just as hard as the big kids, did pushups just as well as the big kids if not better. From what I could see they were wrestling our 2nd and 3rd year kids and they were keeping up. Now here is the bottom-line, not one complaint. I think a couple of our older more experienced kids could learn from Rodrigo and his brother Nikko. This is why the coaches and I do what we do. I believe that by the end of the year both brothers will have changed and no matter what they do they will bring that winning drive with them. We need to see both of you at Baseball and ADDISON COWBOY FOOTBALL. |

Alex Cowan Pound for pound Alex is the most dynamic wrestler on our team. He loves the high elevation moves. I'm not sure if its the 5 points Alex is looking for or the sound of pain his opponents makes when they hit the mat. I'm recommending therapy. Well its next year and I've called the Alex's therapist at least a dozen times and no answer and a funny thing, Alex still has that crazed look in his eyes. I'm starting to worry. |

Anthony Metallo aka ROCKET MAN O.K. judging from Anthony’s performance in the practice room and at tournaments, I feel Anthony was a great wrestler or just an all out athlete in a former life. Football, Wrestling, Soccer. No matter what this kid does he is a natural. If you look in his eyes he's just asking you to start something, couse he's going to finish it. |
